This page contains Alert Level 3 information specific to contacting or visiting Winger Suzuki Greenlane for a service booking
Dear Valued Customers,
While Winger Suzuki Greenlane is under Alert Level 3 there are some strict guidelines around servicing cars. Please read all the instructions below, or email us on email@example.com with any questions, before you arrive onsite.
Our staff will follow the Government’s Safety Guidelines and use contactless business processes to ensure a safe and hygienic transaction. We will always make arrangements for our higher-risk clients, or those with compromised immunities. Simply let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
All dealership visits must be registered on the NZ Covid Tracer App. Please download this application onto your smartphone in advance.
SERVICE CONFIRMATION IN ADVANCE:
If you have a booking during level 3 our service team will be in contact with you prior to your booking by email. This email with contain a repair order describing the work you’ve requested. It is essential you electronically sign this and return it to us the same day to confirm your booking. If you prefer to print, sign and return that is also fine. Without this returned we will not be able to confirm your booking for you.
CAR DROP OFF:
On the day of the booking we ask that you:
- Park your vehicle on the road in front of the dealership
- Check into the NZ Covid Tracer App
- Bring your key to the desk in front of the main entrance to our building. Place the key in the Ziplock bag which has your registration number on it and leave it on the desk.
- One of our team will then take care of your car from there.
- Note: Please “one key only” at drop off.
When your car service is complete one of the service team will email you the invoice for payment. Once we have confirmation of this payment you will be free to collect your car. Should you wish to pay by credit card on receiving the email invoice call us on 09 524 6030 and make arrangements with the team to pay over the phone.
CAR PICK UP:
We will contact you when your car is ready to be picked up.
Your sanitised key will be placed on the floor of your car 5 minutes before your arrival in a zip lock plastic bag
On arrival please check into the NZ Covid Tracer App. Please allow extra time to ensure a safe and secure transfer of your vehicle.
We are unable to provide loan cars during Alert Level 3. If your booking includes a loan car and you wish to reschedule please let us know by phone or email firstname.lastname@example.org in advance and we will rebook you at a later date
We will be offering a contactless vehicle collection for service bookings free within a 10km radius of the dealership, if you wish to use this please advise when sending back your signed repair order 72 hours prior to your booking, please ensuring we have your pick up address and mobile number correct on our records. For collections outside of 10kms a surcharge will apply. Some areas may not be covered due to staffing levels.
For this service we ask that the vehicle is parked ready to go with the key in it, we will call you on arrival, please respect the social distancing protocols.
Once the work is complete and paid we will arrange your vehicle to be returned following the same process.
WINGER MOTORS COMPLIANCE:
Winger Motors will be maintaining the highest standard of social distancing, hygiene and sanitising practices.
We will using a Duraseal water based non-toxic sanitiser that kills 99.9% of bacteria for up to 30 days on all touchpoints and after every contact to keep you and your bubble safe. We also use disposable seat covers in all vehicles during this level and the use of PPE is available to our staff for your peace of mind.
