Thanks to its advanced weight-saving frame the Baleno is agile, responsive, and frugal on fuel with a combined consumption of just 5.1 litres/100km (GLX manual combined cycle). A 4 cylinder 1.4L VVT engine delivers ample power for a zippy feel around town with power in reserve for open road driving, overtaking and hills. This is paired to either a 5-speed manual or a smooth electronic 4-stage auto transmission.
