We now require the services of a highly organised, and experienced New Vehicle Salesperson at our flagship Subaru dealership in Greenlane. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the leading Subaru dealerships in the country.
We are looking for somebody who possesses a proven and successful track history in sales. This role is heavily focused on relationship building, communicating with customers effectively, negotiating within set budgets, exceeding our customer demands, surpassing targets, and working within a team environment.
Skills and experience:
As the front of our business, you will have a high level of self-presentation, a natural ability to build strong relationships with clients, and a flair for sales. You will continually strive to deliver an extraordinary customer experience that is second to none.
We are looking for someone that meets the following:
- An eye for detail and sharp administrative/computer skills
- The ability to manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles with superior time management skills.
- Sufficient knowledge to ensure full briefing on the operations of the vehicles and their controls.
- The ability to maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices, and key features of our brands and competitors.
- Enthusiasm and passion for the Subaru brand.
- Immaculate and professional presentation.
- A willingness to continually strive for target topping results and have some fun along the way.
The ability to turn prospects into customers is a requirement and this is a full-time permanent role that will include weekend work.
